Document Description
The proposed project consists of the removal of 1,296 OGSF (overall gross square foot) of office space within two single-wide trailers with adjoining deck area and replacement with one triple-wide, approx. 2,160 OGSF modular structure on the same site. The new structure will include office space, plan check area, training/conference facilities, and a bathroom for the Environmental Health & Safety Office. The project will include construction of an access ramp, disconnect and reconnect of utilities, and restriping of the parking area to provide adequate disabled parking.

The new structure increass the square footage minimally, by approx. 864 OGSF, and is contained within the footprint of the previous structures on the site. The functions to be housed in the structure do not involve the use of significant amounts of hazardous substances.
