Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to install approx. thirty twelve-inch diameter piezometers (groundwater monitoring wells) within the right-of-way of the existing patrol road which parallels the San Diego Canal between Holland Road and Cottonwood Avenue Avenue in unincorporated areas of Riverside County, California. The purpose of these piezometers is to monitor groundwater levels adjacent to the during filling of the Eastside Reservoir Project. The piezometers will be installed immediately adjacent to the canal in the existing unpaved dirt patrol road inside the canal right-of-way.
