The Minor Waste Tire Permit allows the operator to store up to 4,999 tires. There are no proposed changes in design or operation of the facility. The facility has existed prior to the enactment of the of the statute requiring issuance of Waste Tire Storage and Disposal Facility Permits. It is found that the project is exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Title 14, CCR, CEQA Guidelines, Section 15301.
