Document Description
Project consists of the addition of 775 sf of office space & a 460 sf, two car garage to an existing 1,488 sf accessory bldg. at the Tijuana River National Estuary Riparian Preserve Visitor's Center. The proposed office addition will be constructed under the existing roof overhang area & the proposed garage will be added in the area between the structure & the parking area. No grading other than trenching for foundations will occur. No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated.
