Document Description
Project consists of the construction of an equestrian staging area along an existing County of San Diego Highway right-of-way. The proposed staging area is located at the point of intersection of the California Riding and Hiking Trail and Japatul Road. The project will consist of grubbing and vegetation clearance (not to occur beyond 55 meters from the existing gate), relocation of an existing fence and gates, minimal grading, and addition of sinage. No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated.
