Document Description
Repair an existing trail which provides pedestrian and equestrian acess directly to the beach. The project entails the removal of 40 feet of asphalt at the north end of Haul Road, install new roadbed and geotextile fabric. Upper portion of trail will require removal of asphalt concrete materials and filling of native soils against a concave bluff face. The project will reduce a public safety hazard.
