Document Description
The proposed project would divert St. Mary's Creek and Kottinger Drive storm water to the Arroyo Del Valle. A new underground storm drain pipe would intercept storm water at the intersection of St. Mary's Creek and Kottinger Drive, run west on Kottinger Drive which turns into Spring Street west of First Street, then turn north within the Alameda County Transportation Corridor, accross Ray Street, and discharge storm water into the Arroyo Del Valle.
