Document Description
The County of Calaveras Board of Supervisor's has initiated an amendment to the County Housing Element of the 1996 General Plan to add sections relevant to providing for housing opportunities for first time homebuyers. This may be achieved through participation in the HOME loan program and other programs designed to assist in getting qualified individuals and families into a dwelling. The proposed amendment does not affect the existing 1996 Housing Element.
