A water line replacement from Feige Canyon within and easterly of Petrified Forest Road from the City of Calistoga's Feige Canyon water tank to State Hwy. 128. Includes abandonment of existing 12 inch waterline from Feige Canyon water tank to State Highway 128 along an alignment to the east of Cyrus Creek; install 3,500 lineal feet of 12 or 14 inch waterline in Petrified Forest Rd.; replace 500 lineal feet of 6 inch waterline with new 12 or 14 inch waterline in State Highway 128 between Cyrus Creek Bridge and Mitzi Dr.; install new 12 or 14 waterline over the lands of Brown within private easement, install 2 new fire hydrants, relocate water meters; and incidental creek bank stabilization.
