Document Description
Construction of a new water treatment plant that will serve the existing service area and will replace the existing treatment facilities. This project is necessary due to the condition of the existing plant, which lacks sufficient capacity to meet system demands and has poor operational reliability. TUD has applied for funding from the California Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund for this project. The transfer of Big Hill Water Co. would precede the treatment plant replacement. Big Hill Water Co. consists of two distribution systems serving a total of 286 customers.
