Document Description
The application consists of a request to amend the General Plan and zoning for a 78 acre site located on Monterey Road, north of Cochrane Road and for property along Cochrane Road adjacent to Highway 101. The proposal consists of the following applications: 1) Amend the General Plan designation on approximately 75 acres adjacent to Monterey Road from Residential Estate to Industrial; 2) Rezone the entire 78 acre site adjacent to Monterey Road from Residential Estate and Commercial to Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow for the development of 1,065,000 square feet of industrial uses and 35,000 square feet of commercial uses; 3) Amend the General Plan for two parcels totaling 2.15 acres on property abutting Cochrane Road adjacent to Highway 101 from commercial to industrial and rezone the site from Highway Commercial to Light Industrial; and 4) A General Plan Amendment to redesignate 2.22 acres from industrial to commercial on property abutting Cochrane Road adjacent to Highway 101.
