Document Description
Use Permit amendment to expand and existing permitted rock and aggregate mine. The project includes expansion of the quarry into three distinct areas with stockpiling and processing. The life of the mine is 10 years, with 100,000 cubic yards per year of material to be mined (maximum). Also included is a reclamation plan and financial assurances for reclamation. Access to the quarry is via Highway 199 to French Hill Road (public) to a private access road.
