Document Description
Expansion of the existing contractors storage yard to include recycling of contractor waste. Specifically, a rock crusher will recycle concrete into graded rock. A wood chipper will recycle stumps and wood based building materials into mulch and additive for topsoil. These products will then be resold on the Coastside. Among the beneficiaries is the City of Half Moon Bay, who will be better able to meet recylcing targets after this operation begins.
