Document Description
California Department of Water Resources (Lead State Agency) proposes to increase the diversion rates into Clifton Court Forebay, at the State Water Project Delta Facility. The increased pumping will occur during a period of not more than 56 days from August 6 through September 30, 1999, in an amount not greater than a three-day average of 500 cfs. The implementation of this proposed action is contingent upon the distribution of Delta smelt being outside their influence of export facilities and all the temporary agriculture barriers in place and operating. The implementation or continuation of this proposed action will not occur if there are fishery concerns.
