Document Description
On January 22, 1991, water right application 29890 was filed in order to seek a right to appropriate 42 acre-feet (af) of water from Perry Creek tributary to Middle Fork Cosumnes River thence Cosumnes River in El Dorado County. Mr. Fred Wilkinson requests the right to appropriate 42 af of water between December 15 of each year through April 15 of the suceeding year. Water will be stored in an onstream reservoir and the place of use will be the reservoir. Stored water will be used for recreation, fire protection, and wildlife enhancement. The project is located 11 miles northeast of Plymouth, CA.
