A new Solid Waste Facility Permit to reflect proposed changes in the design and operation of the facility such as: Acceptance of new materials such as post-consumer food waste, dewatered "grease flakes", wall board ( or dry wall ) for use as an additive, and inert construction and demolition wastes for use as compost pad construction material. Use of " compressed windows" and in-vessel forced air bags. An increase in the daily tonnage from 500 tons per day to 1500 tons per day with occasional peaks of 2500 tons per day.
