Document Description
The University Foundation proposes to add approximately 800 square feet of floor area to the north wing of the existing 6,000 sq. ft. structure. The 800 square-foot addition will be two stories in height and will occupy an approximate 400 square-foot footprint. A single story 480 square foot restroom facility is proposed in the northeast corner of the rear yard area to be used in conjunction with outdoor gatherings. The adjacent lot (accross the rear alley) will accommodate approximately 32 vehicles and will be augmented, if necessary, with the Pacific Bell parking lot, which is located on S Street between 37th Street and 38th Street. The entrance for both the new parking lot and the Pacific Bell lot are from S Street. CSUS and the University Foundation currently use the dwelling for offices and occasional campus events. After renovation the facility will continue to be used in much the same fashion, with the addition of outdoor receptions and catered events.
