Tentative Subdivision Map 95TSM-022 for Chaparral Heights, Units 2 and 3, to subdivide 31.8+- acres into 74 lots, including a parcel designated for recreational activities, ranging in size from 8,200 square feet to 29,000 square feet. The project site is currently zoned R-1:MX (Single Family Residential: Mobilehome Exclusion Combining) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code. The project also proposes the construction of a 100 foot by 100 foot off-site water retention basin to be developed on a portion of a 4.4 acre parcel currently zoned M-1 under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
