Document Description
The existing bridge will be replaced with a 126 foot wide structure to accommodate light rail tracks. The removal of the existing bridge and construction of the new bridge will require that work be conducted on the banks of Penitencia Creek at North Capitol Avenue in Santa Clara County. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2000-1432 pursuant to Section 1601 of the (DFGC) to the project operator, Robert Dona / Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority.
