Excavation of 39,000 cu. yards of soil to create a reservoir of approx 2300 feet in length and 200 feet in width. The reservoir would be used for aquaculture, specifically, the production of catfish. Also three building pads located adjacent to the reservoir and a twelve foot wide access road at the norteast portion of the site. Construction of the proposed reservoir requires the issuance of a grading permit by Sac. county.
