Document Description
The project includes construction of a new lit baseball field, a lit soccer/practice field and associated parking (313 spaces) and restroom facilities. The existing tennis court lighting will be replaced with new fixtures. North San Carlos Drive will be slightly realigned to accommodate the new construction necessitating removal of a row of mature eucalyptus trees. The new construction will also adjoin a creek and some restoration work in the creek will be involved. Community residents will benefit from the improved recreational opportunities.
