Document Description
Revise the B&J Dropbox Sanitary Landfill's Solid Waste Facilities Permit (SWFP) and/or Report of Disposal Site Information (RDSI). Increase the amount of friable asbestos disposal from 435 tons per month, to 2,500 tons per month. Update asbestos disposal locations from "L" shaped area and the island at the center of Module DM-1 to the use of the whole Module DM-1 for asbestos disposal. Incorporate standard procedures for sludge acceptance and stockpiling in Module DM-9, and the long term stockpiling of ADC materials in Module 2.2 and other designated lined disposal modules. Allow for 24 hour landfill operations and 24 hours receipt of permitted non-hazardous waste stream. Update the use of other ADC materials consistent with Title 27 CCR 20690.
