Document Description
A surface mining permit and reclamation plan to allow off-channel excavation of rock, sand and gravel on 137 acres of a 496-acre site to an approximate depth of 40 feet. Mining will be accomplished in four phases over 10 to 20 years. Reclamation of the site will be to lakes and grazing land and will proceed incrementally as mining progresses.
