Document Description
The proposal calls for the conversion of an existing 129,000 sq. ft. retail building (formerly Target and Kids R Us) to vehicle and boat sales and service. The site is approximately 9.3 acres in size. The site is fully urbanized, covered, developed with an existing buildings, asphalt parking and driveways and limited areas of landscaping. The existing building interior will be remodeled and used for sales display and offices, repair activities, parts and vehicle storage and administrative office.
