Document Description
The project includes construction of a motel, restaurant and conference facilities on the site of the Los Coches Adobe, a designated historical landmark. The concept is to integrate the new facilities with the adobe and to restore the adobe and grounds as an attractive historical site for public use. Figure 3 shows the proposed site plan and figure 4 shows the proposed building elevations. The proposed project includes development of a retention pond with drywells to allow percolation of stormwater into the soils and eventually into the groundwater.
