The proposed project is within the Agriculture land use category and is located at 7527 Orcutt Road, approximately 1,300 feet north of Tiffany Ranch Road and approximately 3.5 miles north of the City of Arroyo Grande. The site is in the San Luis Bay (Inland) planning area.
