The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SDO-23614-R5), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, City of San Diego. The City proposes to modify the segment of El Camino Real between Via de la Valle and San Dieguito Road and replace the bridge in order to improve the structural integrity of the bridge.
