Document Description
Widen a 0.5 mile section of El Camino Real between Via de la Valle and San Dieguito Road to a four-lane major road with curbs, gutters, pedestrian walkways, bike lanes, equestrian/pedestrian crossings, and landscpaed medians. The existing bridge would be replaced with a new structure and a portion of the river channel would be deepened and widened. The western portion of the site is within the Subarea II of the Future Urbanizing Area, and the eastern portion is in the Fairbanks Ranch Country Club Community Planning Area.
