The project proposes a minor subdivision of 5 acres into four single family residential parcels of 1.2 acres gross. The site is located adjacent to Old Julian Highway between Keys Road and Amigos Road in Ramona. A private road of Old Julian Highway will provide access to the parcels. The project site is subject to General Plan Category CUDA (Current Urban Development Area) and Land Use Designation (1) Residential, and Zoning Ordinance A70 Limited Agriculture Use Regulations. Coastal sage scrub habitat occurs in the northeast portion of the property and will be mitigated for the loss of this habitat through the purchase of off-site acquisition.
