There is an existing single family dwelling on Parcel 1. The project site is subject to the A70 Limited Agricultural Use Regulation (2 acre net minimum), and the (17) Residential (1 dwelling unit per 2 or 4 acres gross) General Plan Designation. The project site is located at the northeast corner of Mac Tan Road and Ziga Lane in the Valley Center Community Planning Area. All lots will be on septic systems. Water will be provided by the Valley Center Municipal Water District.
