Document Description
The applicant requests a Planned Development Permit to allow the construction of a multi-tenant industrial complex, with seven concrete tilt-up buildings. The size of the buildings range from 16,350 sq. ft. to 22,567 sq. ft. The exact tenants are not known at this time since the development project is speculative. The buildings could house a variety of office and manufacturing type uses allowed in the M-1 zoning districts. Access to the site is proposed from one driveway along Fairway Drive, two driveways along Air Park Drive, and two driveways along Skyway Drive. Storm water retardation is not required on-site since this project is located adjacent to a Flood Control facility and the project is allowed to drain storm water into the flood control facility. Curb, gutter and street lights are existing along Skyway Drive. Water and sewer service will be provided by the City's existing lines in the area.
