Document Description
Coastal Development Permit, Site Development Permit and Planned Development Permit to demolish existing improvements, construct two office buildings, and relocate existing cellular facilities into the new buildings on a 14.35 acre site. The project would involve grading of 4.1 acres and leave 10.2 acres preserved as open space. The central portion of the site would be developed with a three-story, 58,970 s.f. building and a two-story, 33,368 s.f. building. A total of 305 parking spaces would be provided through single-level subterranean garages beneath each building and surface lots adjacent to the buildings. The project would also include retaining walls, lighting, landscaping, brush management, utility infrastructure, and an off-site access connection to Carmel Mountain Road.
