Document Description
The project involves the rehabilitation of existing disturbed riparian habitat as well as the creation of new habitat along the north banks of the San Diego River. Approximately 18 acres of the overall 43.26-acre site will be to mitigate impacts of previously completed levee reconstruction conducted on the Carlton Oaks Golf Course. The entire site will be owned and managed by The Environmental Trust and recorded in the County records as permanent open space. No structures will be contructed onsite.
