Conceptual approval of the Phase 2 improvements is granted for a new freestanding sign and clock tower, a drive-through addition to the existing drug store, and an exterior remodel of the drug store building. Conceptual approval of the Phase 3 is granted for designation of a building pad for a future 5,000 square foot building. Final approval of the Phase 2 and 3 improvements is pending approval of a land use and design review approval, and an environmental clearance.
