Document Description
A seven-unit lodge and outdoor pool presently exist on the southernmost portion of the eight-acre site. Site Approval 99-053/SA is a proposal to construct a new 2,000 square foot manager's residence and office and convert the existing office into a cabin; construct a new sixteen-unit, two-story motel building measuring approximately 3,920 square feet; a 4,000 square foot main hall building, 50 recreational vehicle spaces; recreational amenities including a half-court basketball court, volleyball court, and boat slips; and ancillary parking to support the proposed uses. Each recreational vehicle space is proposed to measure 12 feet wide by 40 feet deep and is proposed to be equipped with electrical and sanitary sewer connections. Minor Subdivision 99-014/MS is a proposal to subdivide approximately 3.36 acres into three single family lots. A remainder parcel, measuring approximately 2.22 acres, is proposed to be incorporated into the site plan for the recreation park.
