The Visalia Unified School District (District) is proposing to acquire approximately 13 acres of land in southeast Visalia. The District intends to "land bank'" the property in anticipation of a future need for a new elementary school. At this time, the District is planning on developing the site in four to five years. The future development of a schoold on the project site is not considered a part of this "project".
