Document Description
The Specific Plan for Hitch Ranch is proposing to develop 605 residential units. Of the total units proposed on the project site, 80 single-family dwelling units will be located in Planning Area I. One hundred fifty single-family units are proposed in Planning Area II. One hundred forty-seven single-family units are proposed in Planning Area III. Two hundred twenty eight multi-family units are proposed in Planning Area IV. Planning Area V will include open space and detention areas.
