Document Description
Specific Plan Amendment to the San Marcos Highland Specific Plan. Project proposes 189 residential units as well as associated infrastructure to support the development. Project will preserve approximately 243 acres as open space (mix of conserved habitat, fuel modification areas, manufactured slopes, water quality lots and parks. The project will extend Las Posas Road approximately 3,000 feet from its current terminus. Discretionary actions for the project include: approval of the annexation, Subdivision Map, Prezone, Tentative Map, Conditional Use Permit and a Ridgeline Development Permit.
