Document Description
Project activity includes altering the streambed of four unnamed streams, tributaries to Agua Hedionda Creek, to accommodate the construction of the San Marcos Highlands Development Project. Construction includes grading and fill of the four drainages and the installation of underground culverts. An existing earthen dam within Agua Hedionda Creek, currently forming a pond, will be removed and replaced with a 10 foot high, 12 foot wide, 159 foot long box culvert allowing the creek to return to its natural hydrology. The project impacts 1.22 acre of streambed. Streambed Alteration Agreement No. R5-2002-0445.
