Document Description
Rehabilitate and widen shoulders on Route 65 between kilopost 47.6 and 51.5 (postmile 29.6 and 32) and Route 137 between kilopost 43.4 and 44.1 (postmile 27 and 27.4) in Tulare County. Also improve intersections at Spruce Avenue at KP (PM 30.5) and the junction of 65 and 137 (Cairns Corner at kilopost 50.7) by adding turn lanes and traffic signals. Minor improvments will be made to other intersections within the project limits. Existing drainage patterns will be improved.
