1. The collection will be conducted by qualified personnel, trained in hazardous waste management and all activities will be carefully regulated by variance conditions to assure against any environment impacts; 2. The limited scope of operation and shipment of wastes to the PBR HHW collection facilities limit the potential for any risk of upset or accident; and 3. Experienced contractor management will be present to respond to any unforeseeable upset or waste management incident.
