Issuance of an Exclusion based on Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations section 18420 (a) (4) and (5) respectivelt. 18420(a)(4) The waste tires will be stored in fully enclosed movable containers in accordance with section 17356(b). 18420(a)(5) The facility is a tire treading business and not more than 3,000 waste tires will be stored on the premises.
