Document Description
Sonoma County proposes to construct a new two-story building to house the Sheriff's Department. The building will have approximately 72,000 square feet of floor area. The project will include a new 117 space secured parking lot, a free-standing 120 foot high communications tower, and a separate 2000 square foot storage building. The location of the project will be on County-owned land in the northeastern part of the Sonoma County administration center, in the 2800 block of Ventura Avenue, Santa Rosa.
