Document Description
This is a proposal to prezone 36.6 acres from R-1 to planned community master plan for the development of single family homes at a maximum of 4.5 units per acre and a neighborhood park. Also proposed is to annex the 36.6 acres to the City of Ceres and detachment from the industrial fire district. A subdivision is also include to create 51 lots from 17 acres. A future neighborhood park site and 11 existing residences are included in the annexation.
