Document Description
The proposed project is the City of Rohnert Park's proposed General Plan and Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) ballot measure. The General Plan will update and replace all existing General Plan Elements, including Housing. The UGB measure will establish a new 20-year urban limit line. The UGB measure and General Plan expand the existing City limits and Sphere of influence.
