Document Description
The existing Fantasy Inn is proposing an expansion of the hotel. The applicant is proposing to construct the project in two phases. The first phase includes a hotel addition that will consist of 20 rooms and 5,657 square feet of conference space and will be three stories tall. The total number of guest rooms would then be 74. Additional parking will be created as well as a 1,736 square feet maintenance building that will be constructed behind the existing hotel. Phase II of the project is proposed to occur during the 2000 building season and will include the abandonment of a block of Sonora Avenue in order to construct a 2,766 square feet wedding chapel.
