A concurrent zone change (Z-99-05) has been initiated by the County to eliminate the expired development plans by changing zoning from PD (Planned Development; campground resort) to R-R-B-40 (Rural Residential, 40-acre minimum parcel size) and bring zoning into conformance with the surrounding area.
