The proposed project involves the permitting of a new well (Well #20) for the Great Oaks Water Company system by the Department of Health Services. A well production rate of 1,200 gallons per minute is anticipated. The produced water is anticipated to meet state drinking water standards. Well construction was completed in September 1998. The well is to be integrated into the Great Oaks Water Company system after inspection and acceptance by the Department of Health Services. The beneficiaries of the project are the domestic water users of Great Oaks Water Company.
