Document Description
Brannan-Andrus Levee Maintenance District exists in southeastern Sacramento County around Brannan and Andrus Islands in the Sacramento River Delta. The Georgiana Slough site will be repaired by installing about 500 linear feet of rock drain under an earthen berm along the levee toe. Sacramento River riverbank erosion scours will be repaired by backfilling with rock or compacted earth fill to restore the levee profile. Impacts will be mitigated by planting willow poles off-site for a total of 2640 linear feet.
