The Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD or District) is proposing to expand and improve its wastewater treatment plant, which includes the following: (1) expansion of the wastewater treatment capacity at the existing Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant by 5.5 million gallons per day average dry weather flow (ADWF) to a total of 17 mgd ADWF, (2) expansion of existing sludge handling facilities at the District's Facultative Sludge Lagoons by about 14.8 acres, (3) additions of up to 36 million gallons wet weather storage capacity at the Dedicated Land Disposal site, and (4) addition of various facility capital and operational improvements for odor control.
